TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Appointments are generally bookable and payable on an individual basis. However, you may wish to book a course of treatments taking advantage of the discounts offered. Please note that payments for courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used with 6 months for a course of 5 treatments and 12 months for a course of 10 treatments. However, for couples undergoing fertility treatment, I am happy for them both to share courses of treatments.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

(applicable to all treatments, including course bookings and gift voucher bookings)

 

I would ask all patients to give me a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancelled appointment.

Please note that my cancellation fees are as follows:

 

                     More than 24 hours notice:         no charge

                     Less than 24 hours notice:           50% of the full fee due for the appointment

                     Failed appointment:                      100% of the full fee due for the appointment
