I would ask all patients to give me a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancelled appointment.
Please note that my cancellation fees are as follows:
 
                     More than 24 hours notice:         no charge
                     Less than 24 hours notice:           50% of the full fee due for the
                                                                              appointment
                     Failed appointment:                     100% of the full fee due for the
                                                                              appointment
